MSN 5550 Health Promotion: Prevention of Disease  Case Study Module 6 Instructions: Read the following case study and answer the reflective questions. Please provide  rationales for your answers. Make sure to provide citations/references for your answers in APA  format.    CASE STUDY: Albert  Albert Mitchell is a 36-year-old man who will be traveling to Dubai to give a business presentation in  3 months. Although he has traveled widely in the United States as a consultant, this is his first trip to  the Middle East.  He requests information regarding immunizations needed before his trip. Albert states that as he will  be in Dubai for only a few days, he is unlikely to contract a disease in such a short time and  therefore believes that it is illogical to obtain immunizations.  Albert states that he has heard that the side effects of the immunizations might be worse than the  diseases they prevent. He is also concerned about leaving his wife at home alone because she is 6  months pregnant. Reflective Questions 1. How would you address Albert’s beliefs?  2. What learning would be needed in each domain?  3. What learning theories would you consider?  4. How might his family concerns be addressed?

Discussion

I NEED A RESPONSE TO THIS ASSIGNMENT.2 REFERNCESAlcoholism is one of the leading causes of liver disease worldwide and the goal for these individuals is abstinence. There are many treatment modalities that can be employed for alcoholism including a 12-step program such as AA where they can find the support of people who have the same goal, brief interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy to address any misguided thinking, motivational enhancement therapy, and one of the many FDA approved medications that can be given to reduce craving of alcohol (Leggio & Lee, 2017).One of the most important part of treating an individual with alcohol use disorder is addressing withdrawal symptoms as these can be deadly. Symptoms of withdrawal include nausea, vomiting, tremors, anxiety, insomnia, and in severe cases, delirium and seizures. Withdrawals protocols typically include the use of benzodiazepine to reduce symptoms of withdrawal, and prevent seizures. There are three drugs currently that are approved for the treatment of alcohol use disorder, these include, disulfiram, acamprosate, and naltrexone. While these medications can be helpful in reducing cravings and deter drinking, psychiatric treatment to address underlying issues is necessary for there to be any meaningful recovery (Witkiewitz, Litten, & Leggio, 2019).ReferencesLeggio, L., & Lee, M. Cultural Consideration #1

Culture has a major role in many people’s lives. Consider a patient/client situation that required you to think differently about care based on their cultural belief. What was that belief and how did you include their cultural perspective into care?If you have not had this opportunity as yet, choose a cultural value that may require a different way to approach care and how you would include that perspective into care.APA format300-400 words documentsReference must be in the last 5 yearsPlease answer accordinglyPlagiarism receipt requires
