The IRS form 990 was designed to enhance transparency and promote tax compliance while minimizing the burden for the filing organization. In 300-400 words, describe the function of the 990. Reflect on at least one of the changes. Demonstrate how the 990 can be used to enhance transparency of a nonprofit organization.
