I don’t know what is going on with your company. I just received a credit memo for 16 hours of web services and 8 hours of storage services, I returned a flash drive and received a credit. I am requesting a full refund for the flash drive.
I am not paying this bill. What is going on? I need a full refund for the flash drive, and if this isn’t cleared up I will never use your services and would not recommend your services to anyone.
