QUESTION: In one comprehensive 4-6 page essay with an intro, thesis statement, body and conclusion, answer the following: Proponents of the Patriot Act say it allows law enforcement to use tools already available and facilitates information sharing among government agencies. Critics claim it threatens civil liberties. Make an argument in favor of or opposed to the Act.

You must cite all other information from your sources, even if you do not quote directly. DIRECT QUOTING SHOULD BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM.
