the 6 dimensions of wellness

After reading the SIX different types of wellness dimensions (Social, Occupational, Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional Dimension), and watched Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi theory on “Creativity, fulfillment and flow”, now discuss and summarize your findings.

Explain how each of the dimensions may impact or reflect the way you behave on a daily basis. Reflect by providing an example from your own experience and try asking yourself which dimension(s) are you neglecting and which are you concentrating on. Next, discuss your thoughts on the concept of the “flow theory” and the effect on Creativity, fulfillment, and flow. What area(s) are you concern with? What can you do about it at this point? What lifestyle will you change? How can this change contribute to your wellness. Please elaborate and explain in your post. Brainstorm and post your thoughts. (Minimum 350 words).
