The project implementation has progressed well, but not without several challenges regarding time, budget, project management, and adequate resources. It has been challenging to ensure that the project stays within all agreed-upon constraints. I have had to review my budget and time required to complete the project due to a few adjustments made to the project implementation process. Project management has also presented several challenges, particularly managing training and education resources. We experienced shortages of training materials which delayed the training for two days. The project involves personnel on duty, making communication challenging because most project team members actively participate in daily work activities. In some instances, some meetings were postponed because not all members were present, and we had to reschedule to a time when every critical member was present and off duty from daily work activities. We had to develop a human resource plan to manage and control member availability. (Inquiry/Reflection)
